Novilla MattressReviews of novilla.net

Very comfortable mattress for our guest bedroom. I ordered from Home Depot and it arrived quickly. I had a question and Customer service was extremely responsive.

terrible customer service, ordered a mattress 3 days ago, i check on the progress earlier this morning and it was cancelled says "contact FedEx to arrange delivery" when i contacted FedEx, they said there was nothing they can do as it was cancelled by shipper.

We bought a 12” Queen Vitality Hybrid mattress. We tried it for a week and my wife’s hips were in pain. I wanted a refund. They offered us 60 of what we paid. I declined the offer. No the meant is to find a place to donate the mattress. To make it right Novilla should take care of this. It’s not our responsibility. When we ordered they said if not satisfied we could get our money back. Nothing was said about jumping through hoops. We are very disappointed with the product. And even more disappointed in the customer service. I would not recommend Novilla!!!!

I'm extremely satisfied with the assistance I received. The response was prompt and incredibly beneficial. I encountered difficulties with a mattress I bought some time ago from Novilla, but reaching out through the website's chat bot connected me with agent. They were exceptionally helpful in addressing my concerns and grasping the situation. They efficiently resolved my issue with a replacement, leaving me as a delighted customer. I'm grateful for choosing Novilla for my mattress purchase.

Buying a mattress on-line is guess-work right? Will it be comfortable and meet my need / expectation? We tried Novilla Mattress because they offer a sleep-trial period...and refund if it did not work for us...which is what happened to us. We tried their mattress for the full trial period but it did not meet our personal needs. My wife has a bad-back and in her case - the mattress was a too firm. For me...husband...no back issues - the mattress was just fine. I reached out to their Support team who responded quickly and with suggestions like sending us a pillow-top at no additional cost. Not an option for us, but fantastic offer. No fuss either - they asked us to donate the mattress, send the donation slip (scan and email) and we received a full refund as advertised. Summary - my interaction and experience was very positive and as said, their support team is very responsive. Happy to recommend them!

I bought a NOVILLA double cool gel matress threw WAYFAIR recently. I was a bit hesitant ordering one on line but I was pleasantly surprised. This mattress holds the body firmly while at the same time being super comfortable. I had the best sleep I have had in years such great quality and very reasonably priced. Would certainly recommend.

I purchased a novilla mattress through Amazon. I also had another mattress of a different softness. I used both till I knew which my body preferred. I needed to return the novilla mattress because although it was soft and comfy, my body needed more support and the other mattress provided that. I tried to return through Amazon but they said to contact novilla. My interactions with novilla via email were great. They tried to offer me a topper instead of returning the mattress and I declined for reasons mentioned above. They said I could keep the mattress and they could give me half the money back. I didn't need the mattress, so I declined that as well. Then they said they'd refund all the money if I donated to either a local charity or someone in need and show a note of having given it for free to someone. And I did that. A local family desperately needed a mattress and so they got a mattress and I got a refund. It worked out beautifully and I was never made to feel bad about being to return this. This is a company that followed through with their word and as such, I'm doing my part and giving a good review. The mattress was very nice. It just wasn't what I needed as a side sleeper. I would absolutely use this company in any future needs.

I can't say enough good things about Novilla. I purchased one of their mattresses through Amazon, and I loved it but it was just a little too soft for me. Contacting them was easy. They were very kind and patient and gave me a full refund. They made it so easy and their customer service team was kind, patient, and responded very quickly. And their mattresses really are very comfortable!
