It was confusing to use points. Placed order # KNZXYIPRU and my points $28.13 that was shown in checkout was not credited and I did put in the amount and said apply. How can this be corrected. Dissapointed.

It was easy to shop for and pick what items I wanted to purchase. I also appreciated the email notification of my points value so I could decide to shop and use my points to help pay for my purchased items. No customer service agents' help was needed.

I found what I needed.

It was easy to find the product of interest and to use my points toward the purchase. Having the ability to build up credits toward future purchases is a real motivator.

My experience went well because of several factors. First, the product on sale displayed both regular and sale price. Second, building your own string feature was a big part of buying and educating myself about your products. Finally, the ease of using your website. Great job to you and your crew.

Tried to switch from Ernie Ball but strings did not even last for 1 rehearsal.. Broke two strings during the first hour of playing... Never again!... If you play feather light maybe they will last? The tone is good but they have no place on a workhorse! And the price to me is a joke.

I emailed in to say I was surprised that a tuner bought in 2023 had stopped working. They answered my email in a few minutes and helped me troubleshoot. Once it became clear the device had malfunctioned, the company offer to send me a new one free of charge, even though it was way beyond the guarantee.
