This mattress is great for the price! After about 10 months of having it, a small dip developed in the mattress. I contacted customer service, and they took care of the issue right away. They offered me the choice of a refund or a replacement, and I chose the replacement. I'm very happy with how everything was handled. It's rare these days to find customer service representatives who are so attentive and genuinely care about their customers. I really appreciate the excellent service!

The mattress is not med-firm as described it i firm. It said 6-7 firmness it is more like a 9. The mattress cover came very distorted. One half on the top was tight then exactly in half the other side wavy and loose. The company gave a 20% reimbursement or basically told me to stuff it back in the box to return which would be impossible. So my question if they give a try and return ..do they really??? I would not recommend this mattress. After sleeping on the tight side which feels like a rock I woke up with shoulder pain so bad I could barely move. The wavy side is a 9 firmness this tight side feels like cement. Definitely not 6-7 med firm. I am going to try to return it.

It's just a fact, no company gives any thoughts to us seniors, sad but true, but once I contacted Tanya at their customer service, she was fast and responded quickly, and fixed my small issue, how much more can you ask than that, thanks Novilla and special thanks to Tanya. I've only had the mattress a few days but so far so good, very cool.

Ordered a mattress from Novilla (aka Guangdong Sweetnight Home Co., Ltd.) via Wayfair because they offered faster delivery than other companies and I needed it by the specific day. However the delivery date got delayed without any email notification. This meant it was too late to get an alternate delivery in time from a different company. It's misleading to offer fast delivery when you can't achieve it and unhelpful that there's no notification of delays.

I was impressed by how quickly Novilla customer service handled my order. My bed frame arrived on time and in perfect condition. Their efficiency is commendable! Thank you to Tracy C for all your assistance in making the process easy.

Customer service was great and I haven’t even received my product yet! I needs to make sure my unit number was on the delivery address. It didn’t show up in my online order so I sent a message to customer service. They verified and I’m looking forward to getting my mattress!

Excellent customer service! My bed frame unfortunately broke after about 2.5 years, but the Novilla support team was absolutely amazing. They replied quickly, were friendly and helpful throughout, and even offered to send me a replacement bed frame. I preferred a refund instead, and they were happy to provide a full refund with no hassle. While it’s disappointing when a product has an issue, it’s the way a company handles it that really matters—and Novilla exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!
