First, they accepted the discount through MD save which is fantastic. For a CAC SCAN I feel it’s valuable info to have now that I’m close to 50yo and since insurance doesn’t cover it, I’m glad Baldwin health accepts the MD save discount. The service was very fast, and I had results within a few hours.

It was easy to get through the process

Took a month to finally get my voucher purchased. The attendant at MDSave was SO HATEFUL everytime I talked to her. I'm a heart patient and needed an urgent test ordered by my cardiologist. For some reason the hospital and MDSave had contract issues and BOTH facilities put ME IN THE MIDDLE! MDSave sent me back to scheduling at the hospital 3 TIMES asking me to have the hospital reword their contract with them! Ummm, I don't work for either of you, I'm literally just a patient! MDSave was an inflated nightmare to deal with! Finally the hospital director was able to get MDSave to sell me a voucher, but wow what a mess, and the wait was ridiculous! My life was literally on the line here and MDSave wanted me to negotiate contracts for them. Geesh, do better!
