Hi Marie We are sorry about your experience with inaccuracy. This is the first time we've received feedback regarding issues with the accuracy of our product. We take the accuracy and reliability of our models very seriously. You can find our accuracy performance report here: https://medical.chat-data.com/evaluate. Most of our users are satisfied with the accuracy of our products once they understand the specific problems our solutions are designed to address. However, there have been some misunderstandings about the intended use cases of our products. For instance, our medical chat model does not connect to the internet; it only has access to our internal medical database. Some customers expect our medical chat model to search online articles, which is not the intended use case for our platform. Unintended use cases will lead to inaccurate results because our product is not designed for addressing those use cases. Since you brought up concerns about accuracy, could you please share an example question and explain why you believe the response from our platform was inaccurate? We will investigate this matter in detail and provide you with a satisfactory resolution. Thank you so much for your feedback.
