Insurance company Kempton group was able to get the voucher purchased within a few hours so I could get my mammogram the same day if my doctors appointment which allowed me to not have to take additional time off work! Real time saver!!

Horrible. The bill was still not paid 4 months after the procedure with multiple times re-sending the voucher, making phone calls and sending messages to get hospital to use the voucher. Zero communication from MD Save as to how to determine why the hospital was not accepting the voucher when I started trying to remedy the situation. I randomly received a second voucher via email out of the blue, with no communication as to why this one would work and the last one did not. So, I sent the second voucher in last week and have yet to hear if it was finally accepted as payment. The lack of pro active communication and having to do all the leg work made it clear why paying cash might be “cheaper”. We are actually doing the free administrative work for the company, instead of them having to pay an employee(s) to do it.

Easy to schedule and very cost-effective. My insurance ended up denying my MRI, so I was happy to pay out of pocket and skip the middle man.
