Main FaucetReviews of mainfaucet.com

Product was delivered shortly after ordering and made me save 20%

Main Faucet provides quality products. Orders are shipped in a timely manner and arrive in great condition due to the care taken in their packaging prior to shipment. Any questions and/or issues are quickly addressed by a "live" representative. They are very easy and comfortable to deal with. I will purchase future requirements from Main Faucet based on my recent experience with them.

The first order I put it was for two towel bars. After I paid and waited the allotted time for the shipment, I received a phone call to find out they weren't in stock. Why did they let me buy something they don't even have? Then wait two weeks to tell me? Then the next order I placed went through fine. But this time I didn't get an email that said they were shipped. So I waited the two weeks again and called them, and it had been shipped and arrived the next day. The people I spoke to were very nice and helpful, but all this could have been avoided. I don't know if ill buy from here again.

the website for main faucet was great. lots of selection and well laid out. Great prices too. When we go to order for our next project, it will be from here. I did lots of looking, google, amazon and everywhere else... this was a great place to purchase. And, we love the faucet.

Good product, good value, and a good transaction. No regrets -- I would do it again.

Website is friendly and received extremely fast delivery of my faucets.

I purchases a shower door on line. I was very nervous about purchasing a glass door, online, and having it shipped to my home. I ordered it on sat night. I was notified on Sun morning that the order was placed. I was notifed later that day that it was shipped. The freight company called me on the day of delivery and said they were running late and appologized. It arrived. Pefect. All this at 250.00 less than Lowes was charging. And it was delivered to my home. I have ordered things previously and there was not issues also. A great experience.

Great selection, competitive pricing and fast delivery
