Main FaucetReviews of mainfaucet.com

Good price, had what I needed and sent promptly.

The hood is beautiful but has rocket science directions for its operation but then I'm 73. Installation instructions were too vague for us to figure out easily so it was slow going. Operation and installation are better for professionals. Also I really like the 4 lights but they are cool blue. It really does a fine job and runs quietly compared to others. Your customer service folks were pleasant and helpful. I certainly recommend this product and your company.

On the whole our experience was positive -- the only glitch was that the information we were giving about shipping was wrong. Upon ordering the website said Fed Ex by a specific date. That turned out to be the date a local delivery company received the product at their warehouse, so it took a few days after that for them to contact me to schedule definitely delivery at my house.

The shower door received was nicer than expected and it was a very competitive price. However, the box containing the glass was very damaged during shipping so I'm not sure they picked the best shipping service. Fortunately, the shower door itself was not damaged.

We searched high and low for the perfect accessory. My wife kept saying she'll know it, when she sees it. Well long story short she found it on your site. Happy Wife Happy Life...

Definitely got a great price. Their website had the best price we could find online or in a store. Received in a timely manner, but the box was in pretty bad shape. Wish it had been handled more gently when shipped. It was just left by my door, so there was nothing to sign off on like the email from the company had stated, nor was it delivered by the company they had noted in the email. We are not ready to install it yet, so we haven't taken it out of the box to officially see if anything is broken inside.

I was impressed with Main Faucet's customer service. Although the vanity I wanted was on backorder (not their fault, it was the manufacturer's issue) they helped find me a similar one, swapped out the mirror that was going to delay it, and were helpful both by live chat and on the phone. I was nervous my stuff would not arrive or be late but all went smoothly.

This small vanity is well made and a beautiful choice for a powder room. It's 'stand alone' design makes the room so much more look elegant and unique. Although it is a little pricey, our powder room is off a main hallway and frequently used so it was worth the cost. I definitely recommend this bathroom cabinet to give an updated look to any bathroom.
