Main FaucetReviews of mainfaucet.com

have a great selection to choose from, and in receiving our shower base and shower tower...was even more impressed with quality.

I ordered a sink for a kitchen remodel and it did not arrive within five days as promised. I contacted Simon, my sales person, at Main Faucet and he indicated it was unfortunately back-ordered. For some reason, I did not receive the original email from MainFaucet alerting me of the back order issue and Simon apologized. Simon once again took the time to help me make the right selection and because of the delay/email mishap, he gave me a discount on the next sink. I ordered a Ruvati 50/50 stainless and love it! I now needed a faucet to replace the one I had which did not have the correct reach for my new sink. I once again called Simon at MainFaucet and again, he was so helpful. He even gave me a little discount on the faucet since I was a return customer. The Delta Trinsic faucet and AR1001 soap dispenser were installed last Friday by my plumber and I really love them! No more splashing and the right reach unlike the previous faucet (which I returned to the big box store). I will definitely return to Simon at Main Faucet for any future plumbing fixtures.

This place has great prices & good service. I will use them again.

I suffered over this purchase for a long time. I hate spending what I consider a lot of money and getting something that I will just never be really happy with. This is not that. This sink has surpassed my best expectations. Quality is exceptional and it is loaded with features that should only come with a much higher price tag. I needed a really heavy gauge stainless to support a pre-wash style faucet that creates quite a bit of stress on the surface it is mounted on. Not a problem. This is the first sink that I have installed of this exact style and other than the usual learning curve, it was quite a pleasure to deal with. I like it more every day. Oh, if you are installing it yourself, eat your Wheaties...its heavy.

Dreamline DL-6932L-01CL Tub To Shower Kit: CHARISMA Shower Door, 32 x 60 AMAZON Shower Base - Chrome Finish Fast shipping. Good price for whole kit. We are enjoying our new bathroom. Best part in our new bathroom is dreamline shower enclosure.

The day we installed the faucet the head came apart because it was broken. I called your customer service department and a new head was delivered in just two days. Great Service!!

the range hood looks nice, but it wouldn't turn on once installed. When our contractor contacted support, MainFaucet sent out replacement control panel and computer board. They arrived in a few days, which is great. But there are no instructions on how to install the parts. Yeah, maybe it's easy...but come on... No instructions? I definitely won't buy something like this online again. It's worth paying a bit more in case something doesn't work and you can get better service.

We were looking for a Cavaliere island hood. Main Faucet had the best price of any online retailers. Their order process was quick, and shipping was fast. We are pleased with our purchase.
