Ordered a range hood. product is good and delivered on time. But did not hear anything after order was placed until got the product at my door. No update on shipping/order status online. There was time when I was afraid this is a scam website that just took my money away.

Main Faucet had the item I needed at the best price. Ordering on line was easy and delivery received without issue and on time! A+ job!

I received my Vanity on time and with no problem, the delivery person was kind enough to store it in the garage The price was at least 200-300 less than other sites

Ordered a range hood, which arrived more quickly than even I was expecting. Packed well and shipped via FedEx. At the best price I could find anywhere online. Absolutely no reservations. I'll use them again.

Pretty dissappointed so far. I ordered and paid for the vanity September 1, 2013. Finally was shipped and when it was delivered I had to refuse delivery because the marble top was broken in transit. Now they say it is on backorder again, and it may or may not be back in stock for 2 weeks more. So story not over. We will have to see what happens.
