I along with many others are now finding that they take your first payment and then you seem to be automatically subscribed into their subscription service which means that every month the send your same order and take your money. I have challenged them on this and have had to remove all payment options from my account whilst waiting for them to cancel. I now have 10 pots!!

I looked up their address. It is a Perkins Family Restaurant in Sheridan Wyoming. I dont know, maybe they make the supplement in the kitchen??? I dont think this is the true address and im not going to order. This sucks because it sounds like a viable product for dogs. I think they are just preying on loving dog owners trying desperately to help their dogs. I would think twice before ordering maybe there are similar supplements from a reputable company.

Disgusting service keep fobbing me off sent out my first order of 2 tubs then within 2 weeks took money out for what my order stated another 2 tubs when I didn’t need them no opt out subscription just took my Money STACY kept filling me with lies only to receive 1 tub when I should have had 2 as stated in my order status for STACY once again to lie to me and guess what there not even replying now shocking stay away from them

This company is a straight up SCAM. Similar to others reviews here, after a one time purchase and specifically selecting to NOT sign up for a subscription, they will charge your card monthly WITHOUT your authorization. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE

I cannot comment on the product fully as only been giving it to my boy for a few days, however he likes the taste so that is a good start, the BUT is the time. It took for delivery, I honestly thought I was not going to receive it however finally after 3.5 weeks it arrived Time will tell on the success of the claims of this product

I’ve had no problems with this at all arrived quickly and safely. Both dogs love it but not found any lumps disappear. Will continue to buy this and see what happens .

I would give this company zero stars if I could. Do not buy their products!!! I am truly questioning if their ingredients are true. I gave their product to my dog one time and she unexpectedly died the next day. It was the only thing I changed with my dog. The company is refusing to give me a full refund. Total scam
