Don’t buy from them, when you have a subscription with them they don’t allow you to cancel it. I’ve emailed customer service with no answer, when you try and cancel it on their website you can go past a certain point. I had to contact my bank and block the company

cannot get a response to emails. They remove all comments on their FB Page. No way to contact the company and cancellation is not possible on their website as it will not go past the "why are you cancelling" page. I have no product ordered and they have been trying to charge me DAILY for product.

Wouldn’t let me return without issues and I couldn’t get the subscription to cancel! I called the help line with no answer and my emails went unanswered. Be careful!

They sent more product to me and charged me for it after I emailed them to stop.

after my first order, they started texting me - the message was confusing and ended up being shipped even more products. i immediately in text said to cancel they said contact support - support team said sorry too late already shipped, which I know was a lie. Now I have tried to cancel the subscription - the Company's site does not allow you to cancel a subscription. I have sent requests to their support team - no response. I wouldn't do business with this kind of company - it doesn't matter if their product works or not.

Nothing seems to have changed...in fact, he is forming another lipoma (we're into our third jar)

The product did not help my dog. Used it as instructed for 75 days. My dog passed so i called for 100% refund. Lumiquor promised twice to immediately sent me email on where to send unused product to get 100% refund. Instead, they sent me another ad to purchase their product after i declined their offer of a 30% partial refund if i kept the unused product. Very unhappy with this company.
