At Lumiqour, we are a team of dog lovers who understand exactly how it feels to notice something different about your pup and not know what to do next. We started this company because we believe every dog deserves to live their happiest, healthiest life, and every dog parent deserves a natural, trusted solution they can feel good about. Our flagship product, Turkey Tail+, is a precision two-ingredient supplement combining organic Turkey Tail mushroom with Lactobacillus acidophilus probiotic, specifically formulated to support dogs dealing with fatty lumps, low energy, and immune challenges. Unlike other supplements that throw every ingredient at the wall, we keep it simple and effective because we believe in doing one thing and doing it right.Turkey Tail+ is free from fillers and artificial additives and comes in a bacon flavour that even the fussiest of dogs cannot resist, making it one of the easiest supplements to introduce into your dog's daily routine. We stand behind our product with a 90-Day Happy Pup Money Back Guarantee because we are that confident in what it does. If your dog does not thrive, neither do we.Thank you for trusting us with the health of your best friend. We do not take that lightly.

They refused to standby their money back guarantee and wrote to me stating they’d refund me 50% but haven’t refunded a dime! It’s been a month since I contacted them. My dogs lumps grew not shrunk! Their product is bogus! Buyer beware! Damn Chinese!

My experience with the product is outstanding. What really upset me is they commercialization philosophy. When you receive an offer to buy 2+2 which is really convenient and suggested by vets, you sign for an automatic monthly refill which cannot be unflagged. I went into a loop to try to cancel the automatic payment and reshipping… this is preventing me to purchase again the product. In this way you loose Customers

I placed an order for a product to help my dog. Immediately was charged and SUBSCRIBED to a monthly delivery (I haven't even received/tried the product)! This is not something that I agreed to. I went online and tried to unsubscribe, can find no method to do this. I wrote to the company to express my unhappiness and request to cancel my order and unsubscribe. No response. Extremely unhappy!

This company used a picture of my dog from Instagram, used AI to add a fatty tumor on his head, and is utilizing personal information to fear-monger people into buying their products. Immediately blocked and will never consider their products. Nasty work by Lumiqour.

They don’t deserve even 1 star. I started this on the Monday, Tues my dog was quiet, Wednesday I reduced from 2 scoops to 1 scoop extremely quiet not himself at al but I thought it a probiotic therefore should be good. I was very wrong. Thurs my dog was very ill, he had been violently sick throughout the night. Our lab was examined at the vets & prescribed anti sickness tabs. Saturday, Sunday he did not eat, hardly drank was lifeless. Monday to the vets again and an anti sickness injection, tues slightly better ate special food prescribed by vet. Wednesday back to the vets another anti sickness injection this time bloods. Thursday back for re check meds & special high fat diet, by this time my lab had lost 4kg in 7 days. We thought he was going to die. Don’t give it to your dog its dangerous

A complete rip off! Ordered product 5 weeks ago and nothing! Emails from Stacy saying they are sorry, not what they expect from customer service blah blah blah! I have demanded a refund 3 weeks running now and nothing! Spread the word to all that this company is a rip off and I don’t believe the “positive” reviews on here are real. Avoid at all costs unless you like throwing money away!! Supplement finally arrived after 5 weeks! From a strange UK address?! Not sure I want to give to my dog now reading other reviews here. Sadly won’t be reordering based on fiat experience!
