Tells what is good for my skin type No second guessing so far so good At first I thought nope not working But then saw little change where it needs to But that don’t have buying and doing work This tells exactly what I need and anything changes it changes the product I need with that change

Hi Maria, We really appreciate you taking the time to leave this, and it’s great to hear your experience evolved in a positive way. What you described is exactly the idea behind Lóvi: not forcing a one-size-fits-all routine, but adjusting based on what your skin is actually showing over time. So it’s especially good to hear that those small changes became noticeable for you and that things started to feel more aligned without guesswork. Thanks again for sharing this with us. It genuinely helps 💜 Warm regards, Margarita & The Lóvi Team

Hi Irene, Thank you so much for your honest feedback, we appreciate you taking the time to share your first impressions. We hear you on the pricing, and it’s something we’re always mindful of when recommending products (that's why we offer to set the price filter). At the same time, we’re really glad to hear you’ve been happy with the quality so far. We’ll be here whenever you’re ready to come back with more thoughts after you’ve had a bit more time with everything 💜 Warm regards, Margarita & The Lóvi Team
This company is a scammer or what? I already send them an email to cancelled my subscription because I didn't use any of their services or product. Still they keep on charging me 39.99 USD. Whoever is the owner of this company they don't have ashamed to ignore emails & keep on taking peoples money!

Dear Alvin, Hi Alvin, we completely understand why you felt upset about this situation, and we’re really sorry for the frustration it caused. After checking your case, we can see that the charges continued because the subscription’s auto-renewal was still active. We also want to reassure you that your messages were not ignored. Our team did respond, and our management team has personally reached out to you with a resolution so we can make this right as quickly as possible, including refunds for the charges. We’re just waiting to hear back from you now!

Bien cordialement, Margarita & The Lóvi Team 💜
It’s not clear your taken through steps to buy a bundle and have a subscription £39.99 and £29.99 for Korean skincare but it’s not! It’s products on Amazon. I complained and cancelled, never received a refund for either and am now £70 out of pocket and never recieved anything. The overly polite customer services is unhelpful, probably AI

Dear Steph, We're truly sorry to hear this has been so frustrating and completely understand how it feels. To give a little context: Lóvi is an AI-powered skincare app that provides personalised routines and product guidance, not a product retailer. Our AI assistant handles the first touchpoint, and from there, real humans on our support team take over every conversation. We'd genuinely love to dig into what happened with your charges and get your refund sorted without any further delay. If you're happy to drop your account email here or reach out to us directly at [email protected], we'll make it our priority. Again, we're sorry this has been such a poor experience, and we will do our best to make things right once we get your details. Warm regards, Margarita & The Lóvi Team
