I was so desperate when I was on vacation and my melasma came back. As I was browsing the net, I came across Lovi and I gave it a try. I am glad I did! I may not have used the suggested products or items but alternatives are fine too! Went to Sephora and bought some of it and continued to find some items in other stores and yes, I am very satisfied and still on it! 🙏🥰

I like the ai scanner and the apps also give videos on how to use the product..but i am allergic to centella asiatica and they dont have option to eliminate that in apps. I tried to email care lovi but they just said the can't recommend products in email.. a disconnected answer. Dissapointed.

I love the app I would say the AI’s biggest flaw is when using the chat feature it will forget it’s suggested routine and mention products that aren’t what you’re using in the recommended routine it previously suggested. But I’ve loved all the products I have tried and have even sent them to friends as they were brands I didn’t previously know and love that they’re all super budget friendly and easily accessible on Amazon.

The moisturizer that was recommended has been awful. It was so drying for my face already parched face. Cannot figure out why it was a 99% match. It’s a gel lotion.

0it was easy to use but products prescribed are not available in my country so I can't start the process
