I really enjoyed trying Lóvi. The app is easy to use and I really liked the personalized skincare recommendations. The AI features are also interesting and useful, especially for getting quick information about skincare and products. I had a great experience with the app and would definitely consider coming back to Lóvi in the future! 💜

Lovi has not responded to my refund request I purchased the $19.90 option, but I was unexpectedly charged $44.99 for an annual Lovi Premium subscription. I did not intend to purchase the annual plan and canceled the subscription as soon as I noticed the charge. I have contacted Lovi by email several times requesting a refund, but I have received no response. I simply want my $44.99 refunded. I do not want the annual subscription and do not want any further charges. I hope Lovi responds to my request and resolves this issue promptly.

I think the apps is good. I love how it scans & point out our skin problem. It also teaches how to clean my face, how to use appropriate cream & facial massage. However, there is rooms of improvement. 1. The app should allow us to put what product we are using currently in our routine. Because not every time we will buy the suggested one, sometimes we will buy the alternative option. Each time i clicked my routine, still pop up the product that i didnt choose. If the app have it but i didnt find them, meaning not very user-friendly. 2. if I ask multiple time or repeat the same question twice, the answer is not consistent. 3. It also didnt remember my option/choice in previous chat. 4. Sometimes there error in classification of moisturizer/treatment.

I really like the way you provide your products and follow up with each customer individually. I also appreciate that you are transparent about the products you give people and even help them when they run out of the products you provided. That is very valuable. You truly care about your customers because you listen to them and help them with whatever problems they have

I just start using this app I am not sure about the results yet.. but I make sure the customer service team is very good they understand you and your emotions then help you accordingly.
