I started using LiveAnswer a few months ago and my business has taken off ever since. Their platform is so easy to use, not only ensuring i never miss an important call but also allows me to easily view my messages. Download their FREE app and make working on the go even easier.

I used this company for my clinic, and they provide top of the line service. They are perfect for after hour. We used to miss lots of calls after closing hours, so we decided to give them a try and I am glad we did.

LiveAnswer has really changed our entire approach to our phone customer support. The interface is great, very easy to use with a powerful real-time agent script builder. I love, love, love LiveAnswer, highly recommended.

Now that i signed up with LiveAnswer, Inc. i have increased productivity, and happier customers. now i can manage the inbound, outbound calls without needing to do it mysel. this brought reduced operational expense and now i have more time to manage my business. the calls are recorded and i can listen for any isues that may arise. i am able to change the scripting. They offer the best top-notch customer service. The software is really easy to use. My company started to grow quickly and we where getting too many calls to even keep the business going. I needed a solution that could sustain our rapid growth, and im glad that i found it. I needed a Virtual Call Center and after lots of searching and comparing. These guys offer the best out there. The installation was painless and actually fun to see all of the advanced features this product has to offer us. I can't stress the value enough. Now i'm happy and so are my customers. Its really easy to sign up, and the agents are very friendly and very professional as well, (trust me i have called myself). I am very happy with the service and will continue with them for more time to come.

I wasn't sure if I would need an answering service but their try it for free was easy.

This is really awesome. They work effectively through out the whole 24 hours of the day, and the 7 days of the week. Whenever i ask for their service , there is always an agent ready to look into me and provide my service. And i just love the options they provide us with how to interact with the other end, they have infinitely many possibilities for that, which is in fact great. Our messages can be sent anywhere around the world in real time. Really awesome.
