LiveAnswer's service has really proven itself to me. I don't need to hire any additional people just because I might have too many calls coming in.

We've used other live answering services before in the past, but for the price, along with the management tools they give you behind the scenes, none of them come close to comparing what you get from Live Answer. Can't recommend them enough.
