As professional as it gets. Being that this is a small business they are very hands on (in a good way). When i ask for their service they answer quickly and provide my service. I've recommended this service to others and will continue to do so.

They are the most amazing people that you can ever wish for their help for your business. They save my busy business with their professional and caring attitude. I feel so lucky to have them as part of my team.

I love how easy it is to add information to the script! You can change the script right from the account and it takes effect immediately. They helped me add music to the line and have calls ring my cell first so I can answer it!

This beats any other answering service out there. I haven’t had any difficulty using LiveAnswer because they’ve made their whole system so easy to use, even for someone like me that’s not tech-savvy!

Once I found the I was up and running in minutes. I love how I control everything myself- no need to work with an annoying account manager. Changing scripts is so simple. Great company- much better than my last answering service.

I was surprised at how quick I was able to set up a number and script and call to test the service. The agent answered exactly how I wanted it to be answered.

Almost 5 months using LiveAnswer and recommend them as the only phone support to use.

LiveAnswer's service has really proven itself to me. I don't need to hire any additional people just because I might have too many calls coming in.
