As a owner of a very busy Authentic Mexican Restaurant, having a tool like this is invaluable! The restaurant is always really busy and loud, so when calls come in for reservations or order requests it was usually very difficult to get the information right. Since I started using Usefultools, not only do I never miss any of my calls, but my customers believe it's actually coming from the restaurant. The ability to choose from a person who spoke spanish sold it for me. I also love that I can get them to answer the phones the way I ask them to, it's like customer service quality control on your finger tips. As far as the interface goes, it's super easy to navigate and implement a new "campaign", or event in my case. We have specials on different day's of the week, so I like the call center to answer my calls a little differently, and having the ability to change the specific wording of what is being said from my desktop is awesome. You also have the ability to check your messages from your phone! Overall, I highly recommend Usefultools to anyone looking for a professional and reliable call center to take the stress out of answering calls and get to whatever your business is actually about!

We used Useful Tools for a weekend sales event we had at our boat shop. We sent out a bunch of mail pieces to folks around town and each of the pieces had a number on it for people to call. We weren't sure how many of them would call, so we worked with Useful Tools to have their people answer the calls and take appointments and such. We had quite a turnout. And we asked all of the people that showed up for their appointment how they liked the people on the phone and every one of them said they was friendly and helpful. I think we'll likely give them another shot.
