I received the wrong lens and didn’t notice it until I tried on a pair and when I contacted LensDirect for a return label they said I cannot return opened box now I’m stuck with a bill of $123. Would never order from this company again

I was hopeful when I sent three frames in to have new replacement lenses made. Less than a few weeks after I received my glasses, I noticed scratches on my anti-scratch coated lenses.After chasing and waiting for days to receive a response from my "dedicated sales rep" they agreed to replace the lenses so I sent the frames back. After waiting 3 weeks (and multiple emails as to the status), I received the frames back, with the WRONG PRESCRIPTION in the frames. That takes some effort to put the wrong prescription, like not reading the original order and just guessing. Now, I have to send them back again. I've given up on my "dedicated sales rep" because it means nothing.
