I placed an order for eyeglass lens replacement today. I have obviously not received my finished glasses yet so this review is regarding the excellent customer service that I received from Sharissa. She was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and easy to understand. Thank you, Sharissa.

Haven Louis Is AWESOME! I have not used LensDirect before so I was a little nervous about how the process works. I was pleasantly surprised to get a follow up this morning that I need to provide my pupillary distance to process my order. Haven provided a quick an easy solution to use their app. I didn't even realize they had an app! Note that I submitted my order approximately twelve hours the night before and not only was LensDirect processing my request, Haven was QCing my order to ensure it would be processed in a timely manner. KUDOS!

Absolutely the worst experience ever. I don’t leave reviews / good or bad but this was so pathetic that I had to write something. I sent a pair of irreplaceable frames in and was informed that their technicians broke the frames. Their response, a 150.00 credit to buy other frames, meanwhile my frames they broke cost 700.00. Back and forth for months and the whole process took over three months and I had to drive the whole process with being persistent and diligent. Be warned !
