Leaf Home Stair LiftReviews of leafhomesafetysolutions.com

Every moment from ordering to installation was great! And it was delivered in five weeks as well. I love the lifetime limited warranty as well. Our lives are easier with the Valmar stair lift. Thanks Leaf Home Solutions!

Team showed up on time; project manager walked me thru the entire process (interesting, to say the least). Guys worked like a well oiled machine doing their job. With all the "carpetbaggers" out there these days, this was a welcomed change into a world where companies know their words have meanings to us customers. Really top notch!!

Installer Christian represents your company quite well! The backing of a large company makes me feel more secure about the future and anything that might occur.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Leaf Home Solutions. I initially paid a substantial $3,000 deposit for a bathroom shower remodel, expecting a level of professionalism and communication that would match the size of the investment. Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite their eagerness to accept my deposit, Leaf Home Solutions failed miserably in delivering on their promises. After I had taken three days off from work to be present for the bathroom remodel, I was left in the dark. No one bothered to contact me to confirm the appointment, provide any updates, or even notify me if there was a change in plans. I've made six phone calls and sent multiple emails in an attempt to cancel the work order, each time receiving nothing but the runaround. I've been repeatedly told that "someone from operations will contact me," but that promise has yet to be fulfilled. This clear breakdown in communication is utterly unacceptable. The quickness with which Leaf Home Solutions took my hard-earned money and the total lack of results or follow-through is inexcusable. I am beyond frustrated and angry with the actions (or lack thereof) of this company. It's evident that they prioritize taking customers' money over providing the services they promised. My experience with Leaf Home Solutions has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I strongly advise others to think twice before doing business with them.

The installer, Taj, was very courteous and efficient. He was here on time and spent his time focused on the installation of the chair lift. He explained all the things about the lift and cleaned up after himself. The area he used was left as it was when he arrived. During the time he had to return, he fixed the problem. Again, he cleaned up after himself. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!

The demolition of bathroom and placing of new shower was great! Joshua did an excellent job; however, the wooden shower seat could not be installed because of laundry chute. I have called Customer Service 5 times and no one returns call as promised Follow up service at Leaf Home really stinks. They get your money but do not make sale correct. Product and installation is great, follow up not so good - it has been months now with no results. It is truly a shame that I can only give them 1 star because product is good but they really need to get their act together with customer service.

The sales man explained everything and gave a good price.

The job it’s self was great but they did not use any plastic to cover the dust and stuff they talked about that could be behind walls. So there was dust all over my home. Called sales person he told me to call service did they said some one would be calling took a day before hearing from him by then I called Molly Maid to clean everything cause I couldn’t physically do it. After a long discussion they said they would pay for cleaning but haven’t received it yet
