Installation was average. Looks ok, but caulking could be better. Still don't have the written guarantee.

Not the best experience. Quality product, average installation. Caulking had to be replaced once, still looks like crap. If I had to do it over again, I would hire someone else.

Love my shower. Installer was polite, clean and quick however he installed the shower bar too high he needs to come back and remove call and move it down but still waiting for someone to get back to us on making appointment to do that

Other than I thought the installers were coming on the 27th of December and they didn’t come until the 28th, they were very prompt and courteous. It took him 3 days to finish it but it was worth it! The young man that did the most of the installation was very good at his job and very knowledgeable. I am very pleased with my shower and I only wish I had done it sooner. Thank you, Leaf Home! The process was standard. The representative that gave us the initial presentation was stellar. The company was slightly backed up with installations but did give us a fairly accurate window of installation. The installer that performed the service was also stellar. Both representatives that we engaged with in person were very professional. I would recommend Leaf Home safety Solutions for any of your bathroom remodel projects.

This 4 star rating is based mainly on the installation performed. The installer Matthew did a great job. The representative that came for a final review of the contract was great explaining all the details. We are very disappointed in the information given to us by Tabitha, the salesperson. One of her selling points for us was the financial assistance ($2000-$6000) available from the Veteran Administration. She said she works with the VA all the time, gave us a form to complete. However, we discovered her knowledge of the process was lacking and not quite as she had indicated. Although we are happy with our shower, we may have made a different decision with accurate information on the VA process. A month has passed since the work was completed without a follow up call from her. We talked about having your company upgrade our other bathroom but now don't feel comfortable accepting the details we discussed.
