Very compassionate .. Quick to act

The online process was very straight forward… no strong arming for upsales. I had to call a couple of times, and everyone I spoke with was very kind and helpful. They kept me aware of every step of the process.

At a time when making end of life plans was the last thing I wanted to do. Kramer Cremation made the process as easy as it could be. The online process was very easy to follow, and the follow-up email and text messages to give updates was wonderful. Overall I was very pleased with the process.

The respect and consideration they showed as they came to pick up our loved one, they gave us private time to say goodbye. They are thoughtful and considerate in keeping us informed during the process.
