I honestly expected to be dealing with someone overseas but I was contacted within an hour of my quote request over the phone - we had a great conversation and talked through some different options and they presented a great plan for a reasonable price. I can change this review, but because my order is coming from China it’s somewhere between Hong Kong and Rockville Centre,NY for last 3 days. It was due here two days ago. Update-received sign. Looks sharp! Thank you

The lighting looks great. Some of the sign itself had alot of glue residue from where they stuck the lights. It looks like a spiderweb of glue on it.

Very fast! From first contact, to quote, design and delivery it took less than 3 weeks. They brought our logo to life and it has been a Huge hit with all our customers. Very clear communication and excellent workmanship.

Wasn't thrilled with the 1st design they sent, but fell in love with the second one. Delivery was super fast for a custom piece, was a gift, and was well received
