Rustic Kitchen and BathReviews of rustickitchenandbath.com

It was the only company that had the helix handles and they gave me a military discount. Win, win!

Customer service was great!

Very fast shipping.

Been having poor experiences with many suppliers, but with Rustic Kitchen and Bath, when I saw no emails about shipment, it took just one phone call. A live person checked in with the team, an email was sent, and then the person called me back to tell me when the shipment was arriving.

Alex the sales manager! Very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Always followed through on any questions we had. Great service in arranging the shipment and installation of our ZLINE refrigerator.

Easy quick and efficient

The price was reasonable and free shipping. I only gave 4 stars because after ordering it I was never informed about it being shipped. I had to call twice and email once and got a email back saying that it had shipped. I received it 13 days after ordering.

Could be 5 stars but unfortunately i never received the confirmation until I called one week later and then the order was processed. IF I wouldnt called probably the order wouldn't be processed .In the other hand the product was 5 stars perfectly packaged and great quality
