Rustic Kitchen and BathReviews of rustickitchenandbath.com

Horrible customer service, don't have info about delivery, no communication after you by the product, no help with basic info, so I canceled the order

Was supposed to arrive before Mother’s Day. It STILL has not arrived.

great customer service, prompt delivery of item chosen, quality is very good

Your company is amazing!! I love all your employees. You are so lucky to have them working for you. I worked for 53 years in customer service and I would have had them on my team anytime. 😊 I have been so stressed and they made me feel so comfortable reviewing all your products, getting everything ordered and delivering it on time. Your company is so appreciated. Thank you.😊

Great communication and great delivery

We purchased a hand-pounded Copper Hood for our range. It is beautiful and works great. We couldn't be happier with our purchase. Thanks for the great customer service. Rustic Kitchens is great to work with.
