awful service after sale. time line was 2.5 weeks after promised, sign came in multiple parts when I paid for a full complete assembled sign. missing many parts to assemble, was not wired so I had to hire electrician to wire it. no response when I sent a email. as soon as sale was made I found them very difficult to work with.. stay away.

Bad service

I paid extra to have a sign delivered by a certain date and it arrived late and partially non functioning. I reached out to customer service asking for a refund due to the inferior quality of the fake neon sign I received that was made in China despite claims of being a USA company. They offered me a 30% discount on the sign itself as my only recourse. I asked for a new sign and a return on the additional shipping costs I paid for rush shipping and they refused. I will make it my life's work to let everyone know how this company operates.

Dreadful oversight of a custom project that resulted in 10 weeks and receiving an incorrect execution.

Horrible company, terrible service. Avoid. We had custom signs made, they arrived after we needed them, despite being a priority order for a specific date, and were the wrong colour. Customer service was awful, they backtracked and argued, offered zero help and wouldn't refund us. I would use an different supplier as there is zero recourse with this company.

I got the wrong product

DOES NOT DO WHAT IT SAYS ON THE TIN. Not Neon. Not the right size. Not worth £365. Caller was very pushy calling numerous times. When I tried to reach out NO RESPONSE. Even when I tried to add a review I was sent to a completely different NEON company SPLICE. Scammers selling a dream design and you get it from TEMU.

I have left messages online and vm. No one cares over there will sub par workmanship. There are fixes that are required asap. I will go online tomorrow if I do not receive a return call from the GM. Chris 310-968-9876
