all was easy and good with ordering however, i did not like that i'd have to create an account in order to check tracking of the package and when i called about tracking, customer service could not give me the information. also, i paid $29 for shipping protection and was very disappointed that the sign was only wrapped in one sheet of thin bubble wrap in a thin box, so it didn't seem to offer extra protection, basic at that.

Everything is good, I just wish someone would have said something about the picture quality. If it was going to be an issue I could have gotten you guys a better picture but it got pushed threw and now I’m stuck with a blurry sign. If you stand back it looks alright.

Product is what I expected. Got delivered within a week. However, my gripe is the amount of SPAM now ends up in my emails and now junk file even after blocking them. Just because I purchased from you once, doesn't mean I want to buy a sign from you every single day of the week. The amount of spam as ridiculous!

We are so glad you love your sign! Thank you for the feedback. There should be an Unsubscribe button at the bottom of the promo emails. If that doesn't work, shoot us an email and we can manually remove your email address from our mailing list.
The customer service was great. The sign quality is decent. There is a hot spot on one of my letters.

I can change this review, but because my order is coming from China it’s somewhere between Hong Kong and Rockville Centre,NY for last 3 days. It was due here two days ago. Update-received sign. Looks sharp! Thank you

The lighting looks great. Some of the sign itself had alot of glue residue from where they stuck the lights. It looks like a spiderweb of glue on it.
