Will not take returns if opened . How do you know if it works if you don’t try it? Obviously do not stand behind your product otherwise you would give a refund as the product doesn’t work

We understand your concern, however, opened products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. This is a standard policy applied to ensure product integrity for all customers.
Product lost upon delivery. Reached out to company and no response. No one returned call or voicemail. Will not recommend.
