KiaviReviews of kiavi.com

Been working with Alec for a few years now it’s been a great experience all around. He’s just one phone call away, if he’s on the other like he always calls me back or text me right away, he’s always on top of all my files to make sure we close on time and all docs are good to go. Goes above and beyond to make it happen!! Working with Kiavi is always a good experience, Alec is the cherry on top that makes it great. Would def. Recommend kiavi to any fix and flipper out there, hopefully you get a good rep like Alec!!!

Kiavi has one of the most transparent loan portals I’ve used and I’ve used many different lenders for my investment properties. The service team was quick to respond and on top of their updates. I love the speed to getting things done and communication to make sure timelines are met between all parties. I’m impressed and I’ve already started 2 more loans with them because of how good their processes are.

I’ve been using Kiava for over 5yrs and they hve been amazing. Alec and his team are great to work with. Keep up the good work guys.

"Bree" Brianna Maes is "The Best". Great communication, very professional, clear, on time, helpful, just what you need when you are dealing with Real Estate business and closings. She just made my business life so much easier. Thank you so much "Bree"

Jennifer Hazen was my Strategic Experience Manager. The entire underwriting / transaction team was super helpful. Held my hand through my entire first loan with Kiavi. I love there borrower portal, too. GREAT! GREAT! GREAT!

Alec and his team are on point and have all the systems and team behind him to close ahead of schedule without any hurdles. Having worked with all the other big lenders, its amazed me how they keep their word on terms while performing at the highest level each time.

Kiavi is my go-to team when I need to close really fast. All the guys are efficient and effective. Their system is perfect from deal submission to closing. Very competitive rate for both bridge loan and long term loans. We've done so many deals with Kiavi and they've never disappoint us. Appreciate your hard work Kiavi Team!

This was a great experience to include the process, people, an execution.
