With more than $18B in funded loans and 50,000+ projects nationwide, Kiavi is one of the nation’s largest private lenders to residential real estate investors (REIs). Kiavi harnesses the power of data & technology to offer REIs a simpler, more reliable, and faster way to access the capital they need to scale their businesses. Formerly known as LendingHome, Kiavi is committed to helping its customers revitalize the approximately $25 trillion worth of aged U.S. housing stock to provide move-in ready homes and rental housing for millions of Americans across the country. Traditional lenders rely on human decision-makers and paper-based processes. At Kiavi, our modern tech platform removes many traditional barriers, automates time-consuming manual steps and provides quick decisioning and true transparency throughout the entire process. With a wide range of bridge and rental funding options to choose from, Kiavi’s team of experts can create a personalized solution for our customer's investment strategy. Homeownership has always been an important part of American life. But now, just as Millennials are hitting the peak age for buying their first homes, fewer new homes are being built. In fact, today there are 33%1 fewer new homes constructed than just 15 years ago. Over 65 percent of the U.S. housing stock is more than 30 years old and in need of upgrading and renovating. And as the demand for move-in-ready homes continues to grow, residential real estate investors are needed more than ever. Kiavi is committed and proud to support today’s real estate investors in their efforts to revitalize these aged homes and provide move-in-ready homes and rental housing. NMLS ID #1125207.

I've worked with Kiavi on numerous loans, and they consistently deliver exceptional service. They’re great at problem-solving and always see the process through to completion. Their hard money loan rates are fair and competitive. I’ll definitely continue to use and recommend Kiavi for all my future loan needs.

Kiavi made it possible for start my real estate investment journey. Being an immigrant with no means of traditional lending options. My Manager at Haley, and others made it possible. I will strongly recommend them.

Working with Kiavi was a breeze. Their closing process was very intuitive and streamlined, and they had great communication. The loan closed without any big hiccups and with the expected terms that were laid out to us from the beginning.

Everything is set up pretty well on the website, even for a first time user. Kiavi also (mostly) has very helpful and communicative employees. Everything seemed to move very quickly and smoothly up until the closing. I have to put some of the blame o the closing company that the Seller (bank) wanted to use, but there was too much of a reliance on emails and messages were getting lost in the lengthy back and forth regarding missing docs needed to fund.
