From start to finish Kiavi was amazing. Austin and his team were able to finance my investment property in a quarter of the time of my previous lender. The online application was super easy and the approval process to closing was the quickest processing I have encountered. I would highly recommend them and I will be working with them again. Thank you Kiavi for saving my deal!

One answer on what made the experience exceptional. Team. The Kiavi team. Its a process with a million things to disect and not go perfect. They just dont drop the ball. Anything that didnt go perfect was handled perfect as a team, to me, handled perfect. I can always work with that kind of mission!

My experience, Kiavi was a smooth and rather easy process. The issues i experienced were more on my part. I misunderstood the full process and when it came to closing. More money was due then expected. .
