We are full-time investors and work with lenders constantly. We assumed that working directly with a direct lender would streamline the process, but it turned out to be the opposite. This has been the single most frustrating and drawn-out loan experience we’ve ever encountered. We closed three loans with you at the same time, yet instead of assigning them to one point of contact, they were handled by three different coordinators. Each one requested different documents, many of them multiple times, and now one coordinator is questioning the notarization of a document—despite all documents being notarized together by the same notary in the same session. Based on this experience, we will not work directly with your team again. There is zero chance we would repeat this process.
