Newly puchased earphones. They keep disconnecting from the bluetooth and saying battery full. youbhave to go into spotify and hit plag again everytime this happens which is about every 10 minutes, so they are useless for workouts.

Absolutely amazing . So glad I didn't go for a much more pricey brand . Super easy to use and charge . I listen to endless audio books and it says they last 32+ hours ,I can tell you mine last longer !!!!

Highly recommended, I purchased a set of earpods, lost them bought another they lasted 2 months, then they would not pair. I contacted jlab and considering I'm based in the UK they delivered a replacement from the USA. Customer service at it's best

+ Have bought JBUDPRO wireless signature earbuds in Tesco which failed after few weeks of running. Filled in the Warranty claim back in May. + Contacting via email: No response so far. + Contacting on the phone: no phone number
