JlabReviews of jlab.com

I bought a pair of JLAB earbuds at Heathrow airport when I realised I had left my earbuds at home. £39.99 poorly spent. Appalling sound reproduction ended up throwing them in a bin within 24 hours. I'd give them 0 stars but 1 was as low as I could enter.

This company has refused to issue the cashback that I am owed. They obviously don't care about customer service. Buy from another company there are plenty to choose from that put service as a high priority.

To get the buds connected in the first place, one has to download an app. In the app, is a menu of 24 different types of earbuds, of which a good handful look very similar, and have quite similar names. The model name of the earbuds I bought is not even apparent anywhere on the buds or the charging case, so after recently changing my phone, and trying to reconnect, I have to keep guessing which one to choose. Well, I could not muster the patience to go through the process once more, seeing as they are also extremly underwhelming in use. I have no other experience with wireless buds, but found it extremely frustrating, when every time I tried to readjust them in my ear, something would happen, for instance voice control would turn on, and start calling up random numbers. Also, they kept turning on and interrupting my listening on other devices, if I so much as touched them while turned off. When the buds were connected, the Bluetooth connection was also very unstable! For people who actually care about and enjoy music, it is such a huge frustration constantly having one's listening experience interrupted by either of these things. Which ever model buds these are, they are now going in the recycling bin, after a few months of use. Never again JLab (or any audio equipmentthat requires me to download and bicker with their useless apps, for that matter)!

Ich habe mir Ende 2024 ein Jlab Go Work gekauft.

So disappointed, bought a set of JLab GO Sport+ EarPods, granted they are cheap, I paid £29.99, firstly they arrived with no spare ear size adapters, but ok let that go as they fitted, after one week of use one of the EarPods stopped working completely, I followed all the instructions customer service told me via email to no avail so I started a warranty claim, here’s the problem, I’m in the Uk and you have to send the unit back by signed post to the USA which costs £14 for them just to apparently give you a voucher to spend on their products not a refund? Then presumably you buy another set and have to pay the delivery charge which they do not cover. Naturally it’s just not worth the expense for this cheaply made product, so I just tossed them in the trash and am not bothering to carry on with the warranty claim! Absolutely ridiculous, avoid buy yourself a decent pair and spend a little bit more money, the product is useless!

First set of headphones did not work, only one earbud connected to Bluetooth and played audio. Second replacement set is even worse, no audio from either earbud… Messy complaint process with replacement sent from US via FedEx with no option to select delivery place or time…

Please don't purchase products from this Company. Please write reviews in all available platforms emphasizing their utter and blatant roadblocks in place to prevent the usage of the fake 2 year warranty. Last year, we threw away 2 Neon sets because the L earpiece was dead within 3 months on one and 7 months on the other and after several unsuccessful attempts at providing the information required by JLAB for replacements, they consistently denied my claims. It was an exhaustive process that yielded no viable results from the JLAB customer service. They are stealing from the American people under the guise of a warranty on their defective products. They will not honor your online purchase receipt from Amazon. They will not honor your online purchase receipt from Best Buy. In essence, JLAB is a scamming enterprise that will not honor its own warranty because you made the purchase online yet that caveat isn't mentioned in the warranty information contained online nor within the product packaging. This should be investigated and I think I should find out how to report this Company's malignant behavior. Thank you.
