I've had J lab earbuds and products for a few years now. Their earbuds have an amazing battery life and good sound, especially with the app for fine tuning to your liking.

Ive had nothing but pleasure using these earbuds. They were the first (that I found ) to make pairing and controls on head super simple. besides that I was amazed to get a seriously favourable discount when I complained that my 6 year old ANC generation 1 buds had split on the ear loops. I mean I use them 7 days a week and I tried my luck and I believe benefitted. They would not replace, understandable but a discount on my next pair - clever.

Ik heb meerdere producten van dit merk en ben er erg tevreden over. De prijs/ kwaliteit verhouding is erg goed. En de klantenservice is goed en je wordt snel geholpen.

I use the small light purple earbuds I've had for 6 years, that have been left out in the rain, and gone through the wash a few times and they still work just fine without scratches

Bought a pair of earbuds for my son. He accidentally dropped them while running and started hearing a weird bump sound when he would run after that. Contacted customer service Saturday afternoon and someone responded within minutes. They gave us a coupon code to reorder. Wonderful. For the price paid they are great.

Bin sehr zufrieden mit den Kopfhörer 🎧 hatte Probleme mit dem Verbindung zum Handy aber habe sehr schnell Hilfe bekommen. Mail geschrieben und es wurde sofort geantwortet und professionell geholfen.
