Customer service has always been a five star rating. Whenever we have had to reach them, it's a very short wait, and we always get someone who is anxious to help and if they can't solve our problem or know the answer will find someone else who can. We've been a customer for almost 5 years, and are pleased with the savings we have had once we moved over to Jive.

Our service with Jive is generally good. When I have to call (which is not often) I usually get a pleasant person who is helpful in resolving my issue. I did not give 5 stars due to some sporadic service issues where lines go down. It is not often or for long stretches but anytime phones are down it impacts business. Overall, I would recommend Jive as a good VOIP option.

Excellent customer service! They walk you through every step of the way, and if they can solve a solution they bring in another service rep to assist with the problem. Their prices are good, and with no contract make it easier to stay with Jive. As a business we are happy with the service Jive has to offer.

The service and technical staff is always very good to work with. They are able to get to the bottom of whatever issue. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is when I needed a new phone they shipped it to our home office instead of the office where I work. We then had to ship it from our home office to me. it added time and the shipping cost to resolve the issue.
