JIVE has been professional and knowledgeable every time I contact them for various questions about the features they offer. I have not felt like a bother to the help desk, even when my questions seem like common knowledge, or the opposite. I am glad we use JIVE as our communications experts.

Technical support is very good, questions generally resolved the first time. Representatives follow up to make sure issue has been resolved.
