InkediblesReviews of inkedibles.com

I just ordered some blank 1.25" frosting circles to print custom decorations to top cupcakes. They sent me the wrong size and there is no pre-made template for the size they sent me, they are supposed to send the me correct order, in that case I will make this a 4.5 star review. So far I like the product more than others I have tried (if they were the correct size and the template worked properly.)

I love this company. So easy to use, everything I need is always in stock and they ship right away. Customer service is always friendly and professional and their product is always high quality.

I am now updating my review about the Parmesan Cheese Sheets in response to Natalia's email reply that I received this morning. I really do think that the company needs to change the name of their cheese sheets and the description to what Natalia has explained to me, because anyone who would read the description on the website would think the same thing as me, that they are going to taste like cheese, but they do not at all, and from what I've been told to what is described on the website, it's a little bit of false advertising as they are completely two different things. Here is Natalia's reply in case anyone is thinking of purchasing those sheets; Hello Louise, My name is Natalia and I'm with InkEdibles. I apologize for the inconvenience the cheese sheets are causing you. They were designed to add a personal touch to your savory foods. Even though they are called cheese sheets, they are in fact savory frosting sheets. They will not melt like cheese in order to preserve the image that is printed on it, nor will they add flavor to the food it decorates. The best application would be to add it to already cooked or hot foods for an extra personal touch. It should not crack, but become soft and adhere to hot and moist food. The reason they are not very flavorful is because they are made with the scent and flavor of Parmesan to help blend with savory foods and not take away or overwhelm your food. I hope I have answered some of your questions. Please feel free to contact me if you have any more. Best Regards, Natalia After reading this I will now have to rebrand my cheese sheets and explain to all my customers about how these 'cheese sheets' don't taste like cheese at all. They do taste pretty horrible on their own (I know they are not meant to be a substitute) but even when they do become soft on the cheese you can still taste them a little bit. They taste slightly sweet and powdery (I'm guessing due to the fact they are gluten free etc). They are a great novelty for pizza's which is how I'll be pushing them for customers.

Never had better quality frosting sheets or ink colors

I recently bought and used and the Wafer sheets in Blue, yellow and Pink. The quality was excellent. My order came on time and the Sales team made my order quickly. I will order again. Good work

While looking at products I had questions so used the online chat feature. Not only could he not answer my questions he repeatedly asked me to order with him on the chat, by email and by telephone.

Very good service and easy shopping experience they ship internationally which makes their products more accessible. I enjoy the fact that each customer has their own rep who knows them personally and can place orders for them over the phone with a discount.

I ordered sugar sheets and edible ink. I requested regular delivery and I got my order VERY quickly! Very impressive!! I look forward to buying more products from Inkedibles in the future!!
