I ordered in plenty of time, paid extra for shipping just in case, and still received my order 2 weeks after my event was already over. Giving 2 stars because the product did look nice, although I can't use it now. And the refund process was easy and timely. A friend of mine also received hers late, so.....

Be aware! The picture printed was great but picture was completely melted after 30 min on the cake. It’s a basic homemade frosting and the picture didn’t last at all. Surprise ruined… I think it can only be used on hard icing not creamy frosting. I hoped they would have mention it more in the informations on how to use.

I ordered a burn away topper for my first grandbaby paid the extra fee for them to tweak and fix things paid $21 bucks to receive it bent and wrong apparently you haft to buy top and bottom in order to get the right thing. Now with only days until gender reveal I’m out 21 bucks and no solution thanks for ruining the best moment for our family in a sea of darkness and sickness one more thing to add to the kick me when I’m down. If you purchase from them make sure you get all the facts because no one would answer me when I was purchasing it and so it got messed up just for me to message them for them to finally tell me that with less than 5 days to go. Good concept but not great customer experience. Won’t reshop here!!!!

The product itself was of good quality. However, the actually process of getting the order was not good. First, they had a minimum resolution required for printing. This is fine, but that requirement needs to be stated on the page where you upload the image. Second, I had to resend the higher quality image twice. The first time was the day after placing the order. That apparently wasn't good enough, because I had to call them the next week to ask why my order hadn't shipped yet. Third was how long it took for the order to actually ship out. I selected the option to have my order get "Rush Service", which meant that the order was to be processed and shipped in the same day. The order was marked as processed for a full week before I had to call a third time to make sure it was actually going to ship out. Overall, I would not recommend this as a way to get printed images on cookies unless you're okay with waiting an extra two weeks to receive your cookies.

The quality of the molds seems to be good. However, they where larger than I expected. I have been trying to return them and customer service is not good. At all.

Inkedibles was great with the delivery... but when the product came... the background color of the printed frosting was blue when the color of the photo I sent was a white background. The customer service person that I spoke to blamed this on the shadows and poor quality of the photo, so they took no steps to correct it. The other thing is they approved the photo that I sent. I wished that they would have said that they didn’t feel that the photo would print well prior to print and delivery because I would have sent another one of higher quality. Also there were words completely cut off the bottom. This is a great service, but I would have to think twice before using them again! Was very disappointed with the quality for the price.

Doesn't always ship when they say.Have dropped the ball a few times.. when things go on B/O never notified, but are sure good at charging CC. To get tracking number takes for ever....

I would not recommend InkEdibles after my experience. I purchased some chocolate molds described on the website to be polycarbonate and received cheap ordinary plastic molds. The company said they are the only molds in those designs they stock and they were sorry I was not happy with them but offered no remedy for their error, such as a free return since I would not have purchased them if InkEdibles correctly advertised the molds. To date, they still incorrectly advertise them as polycarbonate molds.
