I ordered custom cookie toppers for my grandson's first birthday party. When they arrived, they were very dark. I immediately emailed a picture of them. Robert in customer service was GREAT! He quickly had them reprinted and mailed to me in time for me to get them on the cookies for the party! I can't say enough of this Great Customer Service!

Theo was absolutely amazing during our Inkedible printer training. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer every question thoroughly without ever making us feel rushed. His explanations were clear, easy to follow, and he made what could have been an overwhelming process feel simple and enjoyable. What stood out most was his positive attitude and willingness to make sure we felt confident before moving on. His professionalism, kindness, and expertise made the training an excellent experience. What made my experience great was, how patient Robert was with me. I'm a woman of a certain age, and is not really computer savvy, but Robert was very professional and patient. He took his time and explained everything thoroughly. He also followed up with me, with the issues i was having with my cartridges. And he also finished up setting up my printer on Valentine's Day. I was happy, but felt bad at the same time, that he was kind enough to finish setting up my printer. I'm sure he could have been doing anything else, but he chose to help me set up my printer. You guys have a jewel on your team! May God Bless you all!

Robert is wonderful! He was patient & engaging. In addition to getting me all set up, he was nice to chat with. Thoroughly explained what he was doing, and offered tips for my printer. A valuable asset to Inkedibles!
