I ordered a pack of edible pens and it was shipped to me within a day and I received it within 5 days to my location. I had a mishap with the order I received but it was taken care of almost immediately. I will be buying the air brush machine from them.

Very pleased with the service I received. The new Artisan paper is superb. It is so thin and so easy to work with. It's now my go to paper for edible prints!!!

I was having trouble with my printer that was not even bought from this company but called trying to find anyone to help after Canon refused to help with my problem given they do not cover printers made into edible printers... upset this is the first place on my list, given I tried to contact the company I bought it from with no contact back.... David was the man who answered the phone and he tried to help me and even got my email so he look further into the problem even when he no obligation to... all of my further purchases will be made from this company simply on this experience alone... If they help actual customers out the way they treated me then no matter what happens I know this company will be awesome to work with. Thank you so much for the help David you where the little light in my day when everyone else told me they couldn't help and you did :)

I've been trying to reach you as it is an international purchase and I have not received any information from you. My tracking number doesn't work as it is supposed to be in México... I need you to tell me what is happening with my purchase. URGENT

Apologies for the late response to this review, as it is not possible for us to monitor all websites that allow customers to leave 3rd party reviews for our company. We see that you have ordered again since this review was left, so we hope that means that you received your first order. Since your destination is international for us (shipping to Mexico), the shipping method you selected does not provide tracking all the way to your door, only to the foreign entry point, and it shows that it entered Mexico just a few days after your order. Final delivery to Mexico can take 5-10 business days, and is subject to delays by Mexico customs.
I love the products that sell here in INKEDIBLES, they are the best quality I have found !!!

The ink is great when it works. However, lately they have been using redesigned cartridges for my Canon printer. After you rip the tape off the top; you will a tiny hole on top that's not covered. After a while if you're not careful, ink will leak from there. The pricing of the cartridges are bit steep though. My sales rep. Patrick has been helpful every time.
