If i could give this company a 0 i would. I ordered the starter kit because i needed it for the memorial table for a wedding I was coordinating. I called them the same day i received the package to let them know I only got part of my order. The wedding is this weekend and I still have not received any thing or any resolution. Will never use them again.

issue resolved with customer on 10/8
I ordered the Parmesan cheese paper. The product came quickly and was well wrapped for such a fragile item. But there is no Parmesan cheese in the Parmesan cheese paper. It is sort of sweet and starchy flavored. It tasted terrible. It may print well but I don't want to eat it.

I can't really tell you anything about this order, as I travel for business and have been out of town since I placed the order and it was received at my home. I can tell you that my husband confirmed that the pkg shipped intact, and that all items were accounted for. That's a great start!! The shipping was as promised and the prices were good. I doubt that I will make any changes to this feedback, unless something goes terribly wrong and something doesn't end up working as it should! I have no reason to believe that will happen however :)

Seems a little insulting to have me review my purchase when I haven't received it yet do to the speed of the shipping. It's been 10 days since I purchased my items. Should have went to Amazon. Very unsatisfied

Hi Ryan, Thank you for contacting us about your missing package. I sincerely apologize for the delay and for the frustration you have faced. We are also extremely unsatisfied when an order is lost or delayed in transit and our customer does not receive it quickly. If ever an order is not received PLEASE notify our customer service through our website or by phone or email. Unless we notify you otherwise, we ship orders the same day or the next business day after the order is placed. Once we ship an order, we no longer can control its progress because it is technically yours at that point. To the best of our ability we will help you recover or replace it. Your order was placed after business hours on the 17th then was shipped on the 18th. When we shipped it, tracking information was sent to you with a link to track your package during transit. From your tracking I can see that this was supposed to be delivered to you via your local post office by 9/24. The status is still "In Transit by Post Office" and past the estimated delivery time. Your package was received by your local post office on 9/21, three days after we shipped it. If I could I would contact your local post office for you, but I do suggest that you contact them and inquire where your package is. I have copied and pasted your tracking information below. I have removed the name of your city and state for your privacy. Shipment Progress: Delivered Location: “Your city and state”, United States Date: 09/21/2015 Local Time: 5:26 P.M. Activity: Electronic Shipment Information Received for Package by Post Office In Transit by Post Office Estimated Delivery: Thursday, 09/24/2015 Last Location: ”Your city and State”, United States, Monday, 09/21/2015 Left At: USPS If you do not receive your package from you post office and they verify it has been lost. We can send you an insurance affidavit to sign stating that you did not receive it then we can replace it for you. Please let us know if we can provide you with any other helpful information or assistance. We want to do all that we can to help you receive your ink as soon as possible. Again, I am sincerely sorry that your package has been delayed or lost at your local post office. Although this is beyond our control, we empathize with you and will do everything we can to help you receive order. Thank you. All the best, Maria
Recent as of 03/2017,This is the second time that I have purchased items from this company, the first time I accidentally bought the wrong kind of ink so I called the company and they refused to replace it. The customer service was crazy I was not happy at all. A manager called me to fix the issue after I made a bad review. This time I ordered a few items and at the end of my payment said that the items would ship 2-5 business days it has been past 8 days and still nothing but a tracking number that tells me nothing when I try to track my package. This company is terrible and i will never ever purchase another item from them and I would not refer another customer to them. I have referred about 15 people to this company but I would not want them to experience such terrible customer service and long shipping wait time so I have no problem taking my business elsewhere.

Hi Victoria, I am sorry that you had an unpleasant experience when you accidentally ordered the wrong ink for you Epson printer. We try to make the website as user friendly as possible for our customers to choose the make and model of their printer to find the right cartridges. When a customer does accidentally order the wrong item, we are always happy to take the unopened items back and replace with the correct cartridges, but when the packages have already been opened, we cannot accept them back, but we do make every effort to work together with our customers to help replace them with very generous discounts or other compensation. I enjoyed speaking with and getting to know you over the phone when we spoke on Friday. I am so glad that we happily resolved your problem. You will receive your new cartridges this week. We never want our customers to feel that they have wasted their time or money with us. We appreciate that you have choose InkEdibles for your edible printing supplies and we sincerely do our best to earn and to keep your trust. We feel this is the most important part of working together. I hope that you feel more comfortable now that your issue has been resolved. We look forward to being here for you to supply your edible ink and printing supplies in the future. Thank you. All the best, Maria
I placed 2 separate orders on the same day. After I placed my 1st order, I decided to order extra edible ink for the future and for a friend. But both orders were placed with in 5 minutes. I received my 1st order within a week, but the one with the extra ink took almost 2 weeks to receive. I kept calling to see where my order was and they kept telling me that I should be receiving it that day. After 3-4 phone calls I finally received it, it was shipped in a different manner.

Hi Idalia, I’m so sorry for the confusion with your two orders. Since they were entered separately they were considered separate orders in our system. Our shipping department cannot ship orders to the same address together unless it has been noted in the system. We have programs to calculate the most economical shipping methods for each order based on weight and size. Since the first order was much heavier, it shipped with one method which delivered it quickly whereas the second order was much lighter and shipped with another method which took a longer. Your two orders took very different routes to get to you, one much longer than the other. In the future if you ever find yourself with more than one order again, please contact us through our ‘contact us’ on our website or by phone, email or LiveChat on our Support Center to let us know so we can make the notations to ship your orders together in the same package. I know this explanation doesn’t really solve anything since you already went through the frustration of waiting and have already received both packages, but I do hope that it clears up the confusion as to why they shipped like that. And, I would also like to apologize for the 3-4 phone calls it took for you to try to get information before you received your orders. Once the orders are shipped and in transit, we cannot make changes or expedite them. I believe our customer service representatives with whom you spoke were not able to make a difference in the shipping but only give you the information they could see from the tracking on the two shipments. Thank you for letting me know about this. Although three stars in not the rating we aim for, I appreciate knowing what you went through so that we can make efforts to improve the quality of our responses in situations like these and hopefully provide enough information to you and customers like you with multiple orders to feel free to let us know so we can ship them together and save a lot of waiting. Thank you. All the best, Maria
Can't wait to recieve and try it out! From the tracking I should recieve it in the next couple days! Excited
