Suresupport for ICDSoft hosting service I have used ICDSoft hosting service since early in 2003 and have never had a problem. I am a relatively unsophisticated web page user and have mostly used the service to host very simple web pages to send to friends as single, one-off pages. Recently I obtained a domain name and was looking to host a very simple active web page for the nonprofit that I am working with. I quickly ran into problems that were over my head in terms of security certificates and other things involved in pointing my new domain name to their service. The Suresupport team went above and beyond the normal support, completely explained the problem to me in language I could understand,and then offered to correct the problem for me by working with the outside domain service. Among the solutions they offered was one requiring an extra expense which they told me that they thought I didn't need. Extremely talented people with quick responses and down-to-earth explanations.
