Service not as advertised, I still can't access my WHMCS No control over my "Reseller" account No guidance. There was a confusion about my domain name where I had to purchase another domain because doing sign up I somehow choose a domain that was in use and they said I did something Nevermind that the check availability came back green, I continued my transaction because of all the trouble to get it opened. Oh then once I send the account verification information IT WAS REJECTED I sent ID and CC, I am month to month but if service doesn't get better real soon this will be a one month contract and I will take my domain and go someplace else

Its a nice hosting site, but the only thing I find stressful is it keeps logging out each time you want to access any page and then you have to relog on to the site again in other to get to that page. Aside that its nice, cheap and reliable

Purchasing was simple and effective. Now I need to learn more about how to use a VPC.
