I met some trouble after buy the VPS，finally it's solved

i was scammed with testing ips. first they give you ips of datacenters to check the ping. when you check it and buy the vps from certain location, it happens to be completely another ip and location, not similar to the one you checked the ping. there is no button cancel and refund and support is super mean to explain how to do that. Shortly, that is even not a reason for refund by their opinion. Definitely not recommended.
