My rep. was Ms. Dana Gross, she deserves a crown because she was with me every step of the way. From start to finish, and let me tell you it took us a year before my pension was transferred. No matter what obstacles we came across, with her help we knocked them down one by one. When she was not able to check in on me, Ms. Mercie did. Ms. Mercie was a sweet young lady she checked in to make sure everything was going according to plan. As of January 2024, I became a member of Horizon Trust. They were AMAZING!!! What a blessing to have.

The team at Horizon has been exceptional with helping me. Kelsea and Jessika have been helpful and instrumental for me. Very thankful.

Jessika is one of the best customer service representatives I have ever had work with me. She called me right away, helped navigate two rollover transfers with the other financial institutions on the line. She asked perfect questions to the financial groups to navigate the rollover, and detailed to me a plan for follow through. She is thoroughly responsive, professional, and pleasant to work with. It cannot be done any better. Than you!

Jessika was super knowledgable. She solved all my problems and made all whole experience pleasant. I look forward to working with her again in the future.

It was done so easy, I did what I needed to do to keep everything moving. I asked the one question I wanted to ask. Otherwise everything was done quick and easy.
