My experience with Horizon Trust was very helpful by walking me through the whole process. The person was very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable.

I received the phone call at the time set for the appointment and even though it took an hour before somebody on the other end of the other retirement company that we were working with to answer the phone she stayed on the line to make sure that everything was done and was done properly. Everything was explained So that I understood what was Going on and the steps that it would take to finally get my Investment invested. Thank you for your patience and for taking the time to make sure I had a understanding of everything.

I had an investment opportunity that I needed to execute immediately or the opportunity would be gone. When I first called Horizon Trust Company and talked to Taddie, she told me that they were overwhelmed with documents to review for the day and likely would not be able to complete my transaction today. I explained to Taddie that this was urgent. She said she would try. About 15 minutes later I got a call back from Taddie to confirm my transaction! She made it happen! I have used Horizon Trust Company for several years for my self directed IRA - they are the Best!
